Yes. While we prefer payment by credit card, you may also pay by check. Simply select your registration on the Registration Page, then at the Billing Information step choose “Offline – Mailed Checks Only” as your payment method.

Yes. Discounted ASHE Conference Group Rates are available for stays on October 21–23, 2026 at a rate of $289.00/night + 11% applicable taxes.
A block of rooms has been reserved at the conference group rate for the night of October 22, 2026 and will be held until September 9, 2026. Group rates also apply to October 21 and October 23, subject to hotel availability.
